Ability to not only watch, but also to record TV in your mobile phone is a very precious thing and not seen in other mobile TV phones, but lack of digital TV standard compatibility - DVB-T or at least DVB-H or DAB-IP - means that this phone is useless in Europe. Furthermore it is only tri-band so it is not particularly useful in USA too...
In any case the "Record" button over live TV broadcast is impressive:

NTSC/PAL/Secamに対応しているので全世界でTVがみれたり録画ができたりするようですが、ワンセグには対応していないようです。
GSMのトライバンドですが、FMラジオもWiFiもBTも搭載しているのでこれはこれで面白いデバイスかもしれないのですが、残念です(^^ゞ
