Pocket PC Thoughtsで知りましたが、Palmでおなじみのアラーム付き手書きメモのBugMe!がWM(WM2003/WM5)に対応したようです！
手書きメモはもちろん、スクリーンショットを取って書き込んだり、録音を追加したりしたメモにアラームも簡単に設定が出来るシェアウェアの手書きメモソフトですがいい感じでかも？(^^ゞ
トライアル版もあるので手書きメモに興味のある人は試してみると良いかも？
