It looks like long before Windows Mobile Photon (that will unite these 2 platforms) will be released, Microsoft will introduce support for touch screen also in MS Smartphone platform...

msmobiles.com によると5月にラスベガスにて行われるMEDCにてWindows Mobile SmartPhoneでタッチスクリーンのサポートを表明するようです。
うーん、これでかなりPocketPCとPocketPC PhoneEditionとの差は縮まるのでしょうか？ 確かにVS2005で作られたWM5.0ネーティブアプリなんかはSmartPhoneEditionで普通に動いたりしますからね〜。
