It is not i-mate but Taiwanese manufacturer Arima that has submitted this phone to FCC. However being FCC-approved doesn't mean yet commercial availability..

FCC通過＝発売という訳ではないですが、着実に開発は進んでいるようですね！(^^ゞ
記事にもあるようにGPSが無いのは痛いかも知れませんがUMTSの対応、WiFiがe/iにも対応、Video Outなんかも含めて何でもありデバイスですね〜！
