Pocket PC Thoughtsから辿りましたが、WindowsMobileのCABファイルを簡単に作成するPC用ツール、WinCE CAB ManagerがWM5.0に対応してVer2.0としてReleaseされました！
シェアウェアですが評価版(15回起動)日本語を含むファイルやフォルダのあるCABファイルを後からでも直せるツールなんで必要な人は導入しておいても損はないかと思います(^^ゞ
